delivery

Felti’s are available both online and in limited volumes from our shop on Rustenberg Wine Farm outside Stellenbosch, South Africa.

We ship using a door-to-door courier service and will start shipping internationally by quarter two of 2022.

order tracking

A waybill number will be e-mailed to you once your parcel has been dispatched.

payment

Your order will only be put into production once payment is received in full. Online payments are handled securely by PayFast.

ordering

Each pair of Felti’s is hand crafted upon order and we endeavour to ship all orders within two of placing and paying for your order.

communications and feedback

Felti will be in touch with you via email or WhatsApp should there be any important info relating to your order to be communicated.

leather, wool, and returns

As with most natural materials, leather and wool by its very nature is organic and contains variances and imperfections in both texture, colour and appearance. These are not flaws or faults and only serve to enhance the uniqueness and character of each pair of slippers.

exchanges

Items being exchanged must be returned to Felti at your own cost in their original packaging and new unused condition. Any items returned damaged for whatever reason will not be eligible for exchange. Exchanges must be effected within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of your order. Should you wish to exchange your Felti slippers, please email our team on [email protected].

refunds

Items to be refunded must be returned to Felti at your own cost in their original packing and in new unused condition. Refunds will be effected to the value of the slippers being returned only. The refund will only be processed once the shoes are back in our studio and have been confirmed to be undamaged and in new condition. Refunds will not be processed for shoes that show any measure of wear and must be effected within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of your order. Should you wish to be refunded please email our team on [email protected].

warranties

Felti uses only quality wool and leather and we are proud of our experienced amaXhosa craftsmanship skill. If there are any faults in our products we will repair and if not repairable we will be happy to replace the product at our expense. Please note that this warranty period is valid for a period of 6 (six) months from the date of receipt of your order.

  • Damaged slippers as a result of wear and tear will not be considered for free repairs or replacement.
  • We must be notified via email ([email protected]) within 3 (three) days of delivery of your slippers of any manufacturers faults.
  • Felti takes customer service seriously and as such each case shall be handled individually on merit.
  • All correspondence on any issue must be in writing and emailed to [email protected].
